I am currently a Year 2 student in Singapore Polytechnic studying Human Resource Management with Psychology. Having a background in leading student well-being initiatives in Singapore Polytechnic's School of Business Club and in Secondary School, I am particularly interested in learning more about employee engagement and well-being initiatives in the workplace, to drive motivation in individuals and teams for organizational success. With a growingly diverse population, I believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is more crucial than ever. I hope to promote environments where everyone feels respected and empowered to voice their opinions and am eager to contribute to initiatives that champion DEI and prioritize mental health.
