In the role ofMarketing and Learning Professional at IDEXX Animana, I work closely with variety of professionals inside our organization to create relevant content for the most innovative products in the veterinary software industry. Together with the team we develop deep and meaningful relationships and offer solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.

I coach veterinary practices with the start and conversion to the most used Practice Management System. I coach and advice practices through all the settings of their new account, advice about the setup of the product database, bookkeeping and stock system. I make sure the practice can start flawlessly and directly with this product.I have given more than 200 successful group training sessions for numerous usersI have coached more than 300 practices in and outside the Netherlands.

As a helpdesk employee I am responsible answering simple and complex questions from customers about the most used Practice Management System in the Netherlands. I also support the team of developers by testing new features in the product. In addition, I also provide various training courses on site and at the office in both English and Dutch.Animana B.V. was acquired by IDEXX in October of 2014.

As an Equine Veterinary Technician I assist the veterinarian throughout the workday at the clinic and on farm calls. My work includes assisting during consultations, exams, ultrasounds, dental treatments, x-rays and scintigraphy treatments. I also sedate horses, draw blood, prepare horses for treatments by clipping treatment area's, document horse exams, clean work areas and equipment.

As a Veterinary Technician for two companion animal clinics I assist the veterinarian throughout the workday at the clinic. I also independently prepare rooms and pets for surgery and treatments. Besides making sure everything is cleaned properly after every patient and treatment I also communicate with clients in the treatment areas, the reception area and over the phone, I coach interns and new staff members.

In this position I work at locations all throughout the Netherlands to provide food service at small, big, casual and very formal events to provide guests everything relating to food, beverages and service.

As a waitress in a restaurant I take orders, serve customers food and beverages, serve food out from big platters, I fillet and flambé at the customers table. Cleaning, promotional tasks, create bills and take payments, kitchen chores are also part of my duties. I open and start the restaurant up independently at the beginning of the workday.
