As a Marketing Intern, I worked in L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division (PPD), helping to design and promote ‘Pro.Connect’, a loyalty program for B2B clients across Australia and New Zealand. The program is a whole of business coaching model, aimed to help clients accelerate their business growth. My role involved: leading the national communications plan, integrated and strategic marketing, data entry and analysis on Excel, creating and designing multiple websites, EDM campaigning (tailored E-newsletter design), developing interactive online e-learning content and scripting educational marketing classes, PR event organisation and cross-functional team collaboration. Overall, my input led to improved customer experience as well as increased visibility and engagement with the Pro.Connect brand. Strategically implementing marketing initiatives to align with PPD’s broader business goals allowed the division to more effectively penetrate and target the Australian and New Zealand hair salon markets.
