Currently I am the program support coordinator for HNR Residential Services, Inc. HNR provides residential living support to individuals ages 18 or older who have a diagnosis of Intellectual disability (ID). My role as program support coordinator is to provide supervision to line staff, assist in the development of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance, assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes, identify open positions and follow hiring and training procedures in a timely manner, organize training seminars to address staff needs and identify relevant external training opportunities, assist in the management of fiscal operations including budget development, modifications of policy and procedures and programs, track expenditures, continually monitor the program’s financial health and make recommendations to the CAO, assist with the development of public relations and communications strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness. I also am co-partner in McCaden, Turner & Associates Consulting. I assist individuals and/or organizations in developing a business plan, Board capacity building, development of policy & procedures, guidance with business startup, grant writing & program development.
