Responsible for coordinating and managing all inbound and outbound freight movements for Asia and Middle East regions. Communicates daily with customers, Distribution, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing and company’s carrier network to ensure quality service at an economical cost throughout the delivery process. Routes freight (air, rail, truck or ocean) according to customer needs. Schedules shipment to meet compliance with interstate and federal traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies.

Responsible for providing expert and confidential support for multiple areas of HR including training, benefits, retirement, compensation and recruitment. Creates, maintains and organizes all confidential employee personnel files, I-9s and other documentation to ensure compliance with company retention policy. Manages recruiting support processes including background checks and drug screening. Works with Human Resources Team Leaders at all international and domestic plant locations to update and maintain company policies and processes. Also responsible for appropriate allocation and approvals of accounts payable and receivable.
