Touring band playing mostly music festivals and theatres. I was in charge of booking, songwriting, singing, composing, marketing and strategy.

Teach kids how to play guitar and bass a few times a month. I had to let go most of my students but I still have a few savants who I've been giving lessons since they were basically toddlers.

Managed a fleet of over 100 vans, 20 employees and countless 1099 drivers. Worked directly with bands and tour managers to be sure we could customize the vans to fit the touring band’s needs, whether it be removing seats, installing a gaming system, or renting backline music equipment for tour. I was also in charge of not only scheduling the employees, but the maintenance and upkeep of every luxury van, and uphold the highest safety rating. My team and I grew the company from having a fleet of 35 to a fleet of almost 200 with grassroots marketing and befriending the local bands instead of hyper-focusing on the more famous artists and the European client base. I started working with a few select churches and groups and I am very pleased with how the region beat all projected goals by a landslide.

I would work weekends as the manager of the maintenance department as a second job. Performed preventive maintenance for all the machines that laundered all the hospital beds. Kept up with pH levels and made sure the machines were up and running as close to full capacity as possible. Ensured all KPI’s for running times were met or exceeded. Gave directives to the other maintenance staff and reported directly to the plant manager.

Managed all facets of the service center day to day. I was the hiring, training, and firing of all employees. Focused on customer service and speed of service. I oversaw bookkeeping for P&L and payroll. I placed all the orders and did physical inventory to ensure maximum profitability. Spearheaded several successful campaigns over the years trying to reach a new client base whether by phone app, coupons in the mail or direct marketing via email that made it worth their while to read the email, and simultaneously stimulating the KPI goals. I was awarded 4 years in a row for having the highest employee retention rate in the company, was promoted to Area Trainer and was co-chair for the safety team.
