Daphne Dolan brings a unique blend of Education, Marketing and Human Resources to her leadership role at City Staffing. Before becoming the CEO of City Staffing Daphne began her career in education as a teacher. She spent several years developing the minds and athletic abilities of students as a Coach and an English/History teacher. She later joined AC Nielsen in Ireland and was responsible for the maintenance and development of relationships with key accounts like Coca Cola, Guinness Brewing Company, Mars/Master Foods and Kraft. Daphne was then transferred to the worldwide corporate headquarters of AC Nielsen in Chicago. Daphne’s creative approach to the market and incredible customer focus yielded her the opportunity to lead and develop key customers such as Eveready Battery Company, Budweiser, Purina, and Solo Cup Company. Daphne traded her marketing savvy to enter the world of Human Resources. As the Managing Director of a relatively new Creative Staffing firm she grew their business by 25% a year and developed a reputation for driving business, developing talent, and providing un-parallel customer service in the Chicagoland area. In 2000 she joined City Staffing as the CEO.Daphne is an active member of the Union League Club, held a Board position with Pro Nurse, and has been involved for many years with the following industry organizations: HRMAC, American Staffing Association, Professionals Women’s Association and the Illinois Staffing Association.Specialties: Project Management, Strategic Planning, Team Building, Workforce and Skills Analysis, Short Term Labor Analysis, Temporary Hiring and Project Supplementation Strategies.
