I was expected to answer phones, schedule appointments for the attorney, prepare wills, land contracts, and any other documents through transcription. Worked with filing on a regular basis and used the law library to make sure that the right terminology was used.

I managed both stores (55 West and 55 West Annex). Made sure inventory was stocked and ordered, paid bills as they were received, maintained and managed a Quickbooks system to keep company on a budget for cash flow. I also made sure the store looked presentable at all times and appealing to customers. We also created shabby sheek furniture for customers based upon what they wanted (color, look, etc), personality, and any other requirements that they may have. The companies also ran Trailside Lodging - which required staff to clean, organize and accomodate all vistors (anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoneys,etc.), distribute keys, explain rules, and check out time.
