Procurement activities with the client for all AHRS vendors and third party contacts (Benefits (Health and Wealth, Payroll Tax, Employment Verification, Relocation, Stock, Payroll). Includes both strategic sourcing and supplier management responsibilities which will focus on obtaining the best total value for AHRS and our clients. Involved in every aspect of Vendor Management, such as strategic sourcing, governance, reporting, payment and third party contract management.

Responsible for overseeing the delivery of the client's health, wealth and welfare benefits to employees and is accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client and vendor relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously existed.Accountable for client satisfaction in area of responsibility, against service level agreement, and ensure achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones.Responsible for communication of strategy, initiatives, local plans and performance metrics across area of responsibility.Initiate and promote continuous improvement programs across sphere of influence.Accountable for operational direction of client Performance Management processesResponsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations/overall completion of deliverablesProvide direction to onshore and offshore team members, in the execution of service delivery process steps to meet client requirements.Provide direction to team members through objective setting and overall performance management in order to meet contract requirements/customer expectations (SLAs).Provide guidance in the development of training curriculum for team members and approve individual training plans.Demonstrate strong customer service in all activities, setting the appropriate example.Manage escalation process and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.Identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issues by providing alternatives/options.Motivate team members to support and sustain a positive work environment.Accountable for performance against financial parameters, and monitors and reports on budgetary aspects within area.

Responsible for the development and retention of personnel support and training programs that attract, motivate and retain a high quality and diverse workforce. This includes employee acquisition and growth, and includes such functional areas as recruitment, hiring, training and retention programs/practices. Responsible for ensuring compliance with related Federal and State labor laws and administers the benefits and compensation program for company employees.

Benefit administration, which included coordination of employee benefit changes, open enrollment, assisted employees with benefit questions, resolved benefit issues, maintained records, and processed monthly insurance premium statements.

One-person Human Resources Department responsible for all human resource functions.
