The Be'er Sheva STEM Ecosystem is a collaborative initiative that brings together industry, academia, government, and civil society organizations to promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education and innovation. One of the key goals of the Ecosystem is to create a pipeline of STEM talent by providing opportunities for students of all ages to develop their skills and interests in STEM fields.In this roll:- Managed the mechanisms and network of partners within the organization. I ensured that all parties involved were aligned with the organizational goals and vision and were effectively working towards them- Worked closely with organizational leadership and steering committee to guide operational strategy and ensure alignment with organizational priorities - Successfully recruited new partners from philanthropy, industry, academia, and civil society to drive collaboration and support for the organization's mission - Built and implemented work plans to effectively drive progress and achieve common vision and goals- Acted as ecosystem spokesperson, effectively communicating organizational values and initiatives to key stakeholders - Responsible for programming, knowledge management, data analysis, and local STEM educational opportunities, driving successful implementation and outcomes- Developed and managed budgets (250,000$) to optimize financial resources and ensure adherence to financial guidelines

Encompassing communities of over 300,000 in both Montreal and the metropolitan of Be’er Sheva, Paetnership2Gether tailors programs that nurture meaningful personal relationships between participants in group settings for young professionals. The partnership was established in 1994 to strengthen the connection between these communities and promote cultural exchange and educational cooperation.In this role:- Worked collaboratively with heads of municipalities and anchor institutions in the region to design, update, and implement the partnership's vision, effectively achieving key objectives- Managed a ~1M$ annual budget, leading an overall 1,500 participants in programs, from design to execution, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources and adherence to financial guidelinesProactively initiated educational projects to drive community development and support the partnership's mission- Managed a staff of 5 coordinators as well as remote management of international (Canadian-Israeli) steering committees of lay-leaders and 26 volunteers in various domains: budget/content building/project screening and selection/strategy- Worked closely with the board of directors and lay leadership to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities- Coordinated with the Montreal Federation and stakeholders to drive collaboration, communication, and effective partnership management, initiating cross-sector partnerships and achieving double bottom-line results.
