Oversaw the Accounting department, which increased to a terrific team of three (Las Tres Contadoras) - taking care of 30+ yachts in the Paradise Yacht Management fleet. I managed the workflow; all accounting/financial statements for each individual yacht (cash flows; statement interpretation with yacht owners; worked with the crews as it related to their expenses - both operational and charter), but also took care of the accounting for the Yacht Management company itself, which included the management of the yachts, a maintenance department and an ever-increasing team of crews & maintenance technicians.
