Supervise and coordinate the training activities of the Meadowbank Complex Mine Sites. Analyze the training needs and ensuring good training practices of the team. Manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the different training initiatives. Oversee internal progression and development systems. Analyze, implement and ensure the delivery of training quality and compliance with the different aggrements and standards in place.

As a Facilitator for the Nunavut Strategic Optimization group, my role was to promote the operation readiness and cooperation among stakeholders in the execution of optimization projects through inspiring and respecful leadership. I assisted the project owner in managing the processes, ensuring a structure, providing the right tools as well as supporting the work groups in order for them to find high quality solutions. As a facilitator I also ensured that the goals and objectives were achieved, in line with the Nunavut Strategy, Agnico Eagle's culture, the Health and Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. - Managed projects during each of the 5 phases of the project life cycle (inspection, planning, decisions, execution, follow-up); - Administrated all project documents, such as project charter, risk management plan, change management plan, project schedule, communication plans, status meeting minutes, action plans, etc.; - Coordinated all project activities, such as process mapping, action plan, risk assessment, cause and effect diagram, etc.; - Executed and controled the projects, including interactions with key stakeholders, status reporting, communication, schedule management quality management, risk management, etc.; - Applied the principles and practices of the Supervision Formula;

As a HR counsellor for the Meliadine Division for more than three years, I have played a key role in the support of the development, planification and the implementation of the structure into various departments and their expansion. I have contributed to the development and the implementation of the Operational Readiness Plan for Meliadine, as well as supporting the development of the organizational strategy of the Construction Group for the project. - Participated in Human Resources planning sessions; - Achieved the Human Resources operational goals established for the project;- Ensured day to day support to the different levels of Management; - Supported the Construction Team in the structure of their department;- Led continuous improvement initiatives and projects in close collaboration with the Coordinator;
