Reporting to the Vice President of Passenger Experience & Terminal Operations, I hold accountability for the profitable and sustainable business development and revenue growth of the non-aeronautical commercial activities contained within EIA’s domestic, international and US terminal, as well as indoor/outdoor advertising and sponsorships. I am responsible for commercial planning, budgeting, reporting and oversight in relation to retail, duty free, food & beverage and other related ancillary services. I hold a critical role in defining and implementing future-focused strategic departmental objectives pertaining to innovation and partnerships with deep expertise in commercial retail leasing, real estate and concessions optimization planning/management. In addition, providing leadership and guidance to a dedicated team, inspiring a collaborative and collegial culture that is high performing and results-focused.
