For the last 5 years I have been working as a Consultant at Saville Assessment a Willis Towers Watson Company. At the beginning of 2021 I relocated from the UK to The Netherlands with Amstelveen as my home office location. I am the key point of contact for our clients in the Western Europe Region, supporting them with the implementation of assessment tools across hire, build and lead applications. I manage our Build Talent portfolio, which includes a mix of in-depth assessment tools (e.g. 360) to help organisations develop and accelerate performance, and high-impact, easy to use tools which can be picked up by line managers without any in-depth training in psychometrics. The latest report added to our Build portfolio is the Building Resilient Agility Report. This report provides insights in the individuals strengths and challenges in Resilient Agility, a unique form of agility that is robust and can be maintained over the longer term. The report provides practical guidance for improving individual's capacity to be affective during times of change and transformation.
