An organisation is only as effective as its people are well. I am a wellbeing consultant and corporate trainer with Inner Wealth, a purpose-driven company that serves both private corporations and public service agencies in all sectors, including non-profit and education. A growing concern is the sustainability of our workplace culture as more people are fatigued and languishing at best. My work transforms organisational culture from the inside out. We must first support our people and our leaders to be well in order for organisations to thrive. While we have the data, we also recognise that stories and emotions are more effective at driving behaviour. Participants consistently appreciate being able to openly and honestly share their personal stories as I bring acceptance and empathy to the sessions. The workshops are carefully designed to help them feel both motivated and empowered with concrete tools.
