Designing and monitoring the marketing strategy for a film’s release in Greece and Cyprus, applying international guidelines as set by 20th Century FOX to determine positioning, market segmentation, targeting, promotion mix and advertising media as pertaining to the Greek environment. Identifying opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships with media groups, corporations and non-profit organizations, pitching ideas and presenting advertising or promotional plans that tie in the film’s release with said brand or product goals.Drafting and monitoring advertising and publicity plans, briefing and monitoring the creative department on the concept, design, layout and final production of all advertising and promotional materials.

Monitoring deals with artists' agencies and promoters from pitching to final agreement.Managing the concert production details from planning to execution, securing relevant permits from state and other involved entities, monitoring the stage, sound and audiovisual set up according to the artist requirements and security regulations.Responsible for the hospitality of the artists and their production teams, planning their accommodation, transportation and so on.

Acting as the coordinating link between Programming/Marketing and Sales: Monitoring film availability based on legal “windows” for release, alerting sales to accommodate the new film titles in the bi-monthly sales schedule and monitoring product orders based on sales forecast and timely delivery. Also responsible for all trade material pre-ordered or locally produced.Handling the application for and monitoring of European Union funds for the distribution and promotion of EU films in Greece, based on the EU “Media Programme”.
