About Daphnne Rentas
I have over 19 years experience in the premium finance industry with the majority of them in the sales sector. I've held several positions within the same company which led to a deeper understanding of how the company works and this knowledge allowed me to excel at my next position. With each new position I transitioned to I was able to build on my skills, whether that was sales, management, strategy planning and business development, while learning new skills that would make me a valuable employee within the company. I have had success with each position I've held. As an Associate Account Manager I won awards for best retention (93%) and growth (over 10%) for the book of business, as well as the Customer Service Excellence Award. While managing the Associate Account Managers all of the AAMs I oversaw met or excelled at a retention rate of 92.5% and built stronger books of business for the Sales Executives they assisted. Finally, as a Sales Executive I've managed to grow several relationships where competition existed and in some cases managed to become the sole premium finance provider for the client.
