• Control and optimization of Chilled Water Plant (K-Real Time).
• Chilled water plant walk-through audit and energy audit.
• Involving in chiller plant and air side retrofit and upgrading.
• Daily efficiency dashboard update and preparing monthly saving reports.
• Attending complaints, site equipment breakdown and troubleshooting on defects and failure of the system. PROJECT INVOLVED:Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur- Monitor, control and optimization of Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur chilled.

• Project Involve: EPC03 – Block B Maharajalela South Project (Brunei)
• Focal point for preparing the daily, weekly and monthly progress report.
• Establish the physical progress tracking system.
• Coordinate the physical progress data collection for work at site to ensure proper monitoring and tracking of the project progress.
• Highlight the critical issues/concerns on the project before and during project execution to Project Manager and project team to ensure all the critical areas have been tackled and does not affect the job delivery.
• Calculating and preparing the man-power as well as man-hours based on the project schedule.

• Project planning and designing for HVAC system, sanitary piping, cold water, lift and also fire protection services.
• Calculating and sizing of the pumps and pipes for sanitary piping, cold water and fire protection system.
• Calculating and sizing for the fans, pumps and ducting for HVAC system.
• Involve in weekly meeting with client, architect, C&S consultant and contractors.
• Liaising with the authorities and regulatory bodies (BOMBA, TNB, JKR, etc.)
• Implementation of tender and contract administration.
