In 1995 I started my own design studio (Feeling Time) with a partner, being in charge of creative work and business development. The studio business rapidly grew up into a middle-sized Advertising Agency. In 2001, we became a member of WPP Group and the company was re-launched as RMG (Relationship Marketing Group, China). The business involved Advertising, Interactive, Public relationship and Direct Marketing. In 2003, I moved to London to study Film. I have now completed a MA Film Making / Directing course in London Film School, and have made a couple of independent short films.Back to Beijing in 2007, I joined OgilvyOne creative team as an ECD. In 2008, I founded a digital production company with somefriends from LFS. Recently I back to OgivyOne as Head of Digital Production.
