As a Game Stop Senior Game Adviser i provide customer service to all patrons who comes into the store. Customers look to me for information on gaming advice, including popular titles and consoles. I have to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have patience with every type of customer. Other abilities required of me are to be able to count, balance and reconcile daily business transaction totals and record information into POS system, ensure bank deposit slips are completed accurately and bank deposits are made on a daily basis per company guidelines . I also have to ensure store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions at the beginning or at the end of a work day depending on the shift.

My responsibilities as a intern at Under Armour are to maintenance each conference room making sure projectors, cables, and conference phones are working properly, and if not properly fix it. Another responsibility is to maintenance printers around campus making sure each printer has enough ink, paper, and also printing, faxing and scanning properly. Lastly i am in charge of making sure our company's PC's and Mac's that currently needs repairs are repaired, rather i repair it or the manufacturing company comes out to do the repair.
