She is often tapped to provide strategic direction for educational, youth, adult, workforce, mentoring, and motivational programs. She has consulted for ed tech and testing companies to align products, field needs, and CCSS/CCR standards. She is an alumna of Howard, American, and Duke University, graduated from the Education Policy Fellowship Program from the Institute for Educational Leadership and completed the University of Baltimore's Maryland Equity and Inclusion Leadership Program.
