Our mission is to change lives by changing the mind set of individuals through diverse programming including personal development, job readiness, cultural acceptance, and citizenship.

Created brand new multifaceted education and therapeutic program for quasi-government organization, integrating physical, mental, and financial health with general education outcomes to promote a “whole person, whole family” approach. Facilitated the implementation of a rigorous intake process including development of psycho-social assessments, workforce preparedness, and educational capacity. Based program design on census, student retention, and other data. Managed over $200,000 budget, two satellite sites, five contractors and two administrative staff members. The programs outcomes led to an increase in funding, expanding supports from 50 students to 150 within a year. Cultivated relationships with referral sources, funders, and partner service providers.
