I have experience in three different areas. Most recently I led the real estate sales effort of a large mixed use community in Bend, Oregon. This community emphasized green building and sustainable development. It was designed using the philosophies of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Design. I have also been involved in developing and building residential construction projects both as a construction manager for a medium sized local building company and as a general contractor. This experience has included building three multi-family townhome projects and consulting on design and marketing on two other multi-family projects with "for sale" units.I also have many years experience as the General Manager operating large destination resorts in central Oregon and in the Carribean. These experiences have given me a unique perspective that will be valuable to real estate development companies that focus on developing resort or mixed-use communities that have residential, resort ammenities and commercial components.Specialties: Construction project management including custom homes, townhome projects, and large renovations of resort properties.Furniture fixture and equipment acquisition, execuitive level management positions in hotels, destination resorts and golf communities. Real estate sales and sales management. Experience in operating hotels during work-out period of chapter 11 bankruptcy.
