A deep south Jew now making my home in southern Jerusalem, I have been making a practice of doing good for over two decades working within the nonprofit sector. Driven by my values in how I live and lead, I thrive in working with people from beneficiaries to donors to team members and am passionate about deepening the connections between us and sharing stories of inspiration and impact. I have proven expertise in managing tasks, projects, relationships and processes and can design and implement specialized projects, rich educational programs, people to people initiatives, inspirational events and immersive global travel experiences. I bring a strong work ethic and am a big picture thinker with an excellent command of details. I am a multi-tasker who likes small tasks and big tasks and I strive to get the job done while holding onto goals and an effective process. I can lead and take direction well and am good at managing both up and down. I am comfortable behind the scenes and also presenting and facilitating in front of people. I am a people person, intentional about interactions and a strong communicator and I work well with supervisors, team members, colleagues, stakeholders and clients.
