As the lead business analyst for one of Wireless Cars oldest products, I have been responsible for the collection and management of business requirements, synchronizing changes to the software and ensuring consistency and quality. Estimating work effort (time and cost), impact, reporting and follow up to the customer, guiding and supporting the development team, guiding and supporting other team Business analysts are also my responsibilities.

As a technical writer I was responsible for the documentation for our software deliverables, including end-user documentation and API documentation. Some examples of my work included documentation of the REST interface for the API that facilitates the Volvo On Call mobile app, a how-to guide and case study for setting up and using WirelessCar's in house developed billing system, and a user manual for a call center application to facilitate vehicle telematics communication, among other work.

In this role, I was responsible for test and verification of several software products ranging from fleet management systems for trucks and construction equipment to customer portals for private vehicle owners. In this work I was responsible for test plans, test specifications, test execution (functional and non-functional) and test reports.
