Ross was also an apprentice to Virgil Abloh. Joining ACW* during its infancy start-up phase, a team of 3 worked on transforming the then, art project into a fully capable luxury menswear label. Responsible for managing the retail and the e-commerce sides of the business along with collaborations such as Nike, Fragment Designs, Levis and Diesel.As the Senior Product Development Manager at A-COLD-WALL, I spearheaded the development of all collections and collaborative projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conceptualisation to production. My role involved managing timelines, budgets, and quality control processes to ensure the successful launch of each product line.

My role involved overseeing the entire design process, from initial CAD sketches to final product delivery, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand aesthetics.

This included coordinating with design teams to ensure product specifications were met, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and negotiate pricing, and managing production schedules to meet deadlines.
