I have been involved in the engineering, construction and real estate business for 33 years. I have a broad range of experiences including property management, civil engineering, design, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, competitive bidding, contract negotiation and complete project and financial management of residential and commercial work. I have worked in the capacity of general contractor, property owner and software consultant and have managed projects both locally and on a national level. Throughout my career I have always been considered an innovative leader in the promotion of standardization and process improvements which have proven to solve recurring issues, improve communications, reduce staffing needs and provide leadership with more timely and accurate information.
