While at UCT, I:- Controlled all information for the quality department concerning the location, quality level, and errors regarding all the parts that went into building a state of the art product - Assisted and shadowed the Project Manager - Constantly informed upper level management of the status of the overall project and highlighting main issues and concerns quickly and efficiently

•Managed the entire company network in addition to diagnosing and assisting with any problems that arose•Solved all technical related issues for all employees in the company, including viruses, computer crashes and network problems and explained the problem to the employees so that if the problem arose again, they could solve it themselves•Upgraded and maintained 40+ computers in the company to stay on par with the most up to date software software

•Focused more time on production line of the cables and harnesses that went into satellites for companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Direct TV•Monitored assemblers to ensure units are assembled according to specs on satellite blueprints•Maintained equipment efficiency and inspected all materials to insure they met company standards

•Assisted the project manager to control inventory, schedule products and monitor assembly instructions in a timely manner•Distributed parts to busy production line in a timely manner to prevent work stoppages•Developed knowledge of production protocols and manufacturing environment
