I Identified and communicated with employers for potential employees/applicants, while assembling pools of qualified candidates to meet needs of employers. I also interviewed applicants for the purpose of determining eligibility for job/position placement. Completed all pre-screening methods, including job descriptions and pay wages, recruitment, assessments, scheduling of interviews, drug screening and background checks are a number of daily tasks. I also made regular site visits and follow up calls/e-mails to employers, after placing job seekers on the job. Thorough documentation of employer and job seeker activity and placement are required by Montgomery County. The assistance in planning and executing various events (i.e. Employer Orientations, Job Fairs, Workshops, Pilot Programs), was also a crucial part of my duties.
