Client Solutions Supervisor
Current• Leads a team of eight comprised of team leads and individual contributors, responsible for managing end-to-end freight logistics for a portfolio of 700+ global clients.• Oversees the development of client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and KPI attainment.• Collaborates with sales team to onboard new customers, build customer profiles, conduct intake calls with new customers and finalize all booking details to ensure maximum revenue is captured.• Serves on a cross-functional Customer Care team, comprised of department heads and senior members from multiple departments across four offices, all with the sole focus of solving client challenges and scaling solutions for future efficiency.• Leads special and ad hoc projects at the request of department leadership.
