Greatly enjoy working behind the bar in "The Halfway" and chatting with many different kinds of patrons on a regular basis. It has taught me to be attentive and adapt quickly to different situations and also to work and think on my feet.

I found working during the summers of 2015 and 2020 as a coach at multiple Cúl camps in a variety of GAA clubs and working with young kids from ages 5 to 13 was very enjoyable and a hugely rewarding experience.

As part of Business (Accounting and Finance) degree I completed a paid placement. Unfortunately my original 8 month block was shortened to 4 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, I did gain valuable experience in my short time there such as how an office environment works and how people work together to reach deadlines. I went on audit on two occasions to two different Credit Unions and received first-hand experience of an internal audit and a client's premises and activity.

In my role in Tom Skinny's I worked 2 years full time after secondary school and before 3rd level and part-time while attending UL. I had many responsibilities working here including making food to be served to customers, ensuring food is stocked and ready to be served, and dealing with customers and suppliers. Experience in a fast-paced, busy restaurant environment has taught me a lot about working as part of a team, the importance of using initiative and communication skills.
