Responsible for implementing and supporting time tracking tool for Engineering Department. Improve and implement efficient customer service process to communicate and serve members better. Execute project management duties for Integrated Transmission Plan. Develop presentations and reports to show metrics for resource mix and allocation. Also responsible for testing system modifications to prepare for new process implementations.

Test lead responsibilities include: formulating test plans and timelines for execution; coordinating testing efforts across IT staff and EMS engineers; ensuring key deliverables are completed on time with a high degree of quality.
