Since transitioning out of Elementary Education, I am always looking for new opportunities to make a positive impact and to bring benefit to others. Through my volunteer work, I have done a lot of project management, writing, fundraising, and organizing. Some of the skills I bring to the table from both education and volunteering include the ability to plan, organize, and execute a project or activity, as well as assess and evaluate the results and use the data to improve. I am highly communicative and a strong collaborator and manager. I have had a lot of experience implementing positive behavior supports and working with different types of individual and family dynamics both in schools and businesses. My communication and public speaking skills are strong, and I am comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and several types of videoconferencing platforms. As a lifelong learner, I am always interested in picking up new skills. My strengths are patience, compassion, creativity, and flexibility.
