As a Project Director, I work with a team of approximately 50 engineers. We deliver construction projects worth around USD 60 million per year. My primary responsibility is to ensure that our team completes projects on time and meets the expected quality standards.

In my role, I had the following responsibilities:Site organization and management team leader for the Lifetime Extension of Olefin 1 plant project (250M EUR brownfield petrochemical plant reconstruction project).HSE expert for the site organization and management of construction works (e.g., 30,000 m² area).Senior specialist for the permitting processes of the LTE project (e.g., special building construction and occupancy permits, air pollution and water permits, permits for pressure vessels, fire protection permits, etc.).

• Coordinate and manage a team of 12-20 people,• Managing with the team more than 30 projects ($ 0,2-7 million) from conception to handover o road constructions and infrastructures, o public buildings (schools, nursery, historic building, health care institutions).

Priority construction permits and complaints.
