- Conduct anti-oppression workshops and social justice based trainings.- Facilitate hands-on, highly interactive workshops and trainings using Theater of the Oppressed, Community Counseling, and popular education methods. Provide a constructive, practical, and solutions-oriented environment for participants.- Devise and implement training curriculums.

- Coordinate Chinook Fund grantmaking cycle administration & activities- Help maintain congruence between social justice values and grantmaking processes- Provide support to prospective grantees and applicants- Conduct outreach around new funding guidelines & application - Facilitate grant application workshop from social justice and social justice.

- Serve as one of two co-directors for a small, social justice nonprofit. Be responsible for the survival, development, and success of the organization.- Support the mission of the organization to address and end domestic human trafficking using anti-oppression and harm reduction based precepts. Take every opportunity to educate people about domestic human.

- Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize work, motivate others, establish networks, and adapt to a wide assortment of roles and expectations.- Organize around a number of local and national level policy issues including: Parental Involvement in School Activities; the Asset Test; renewal of the Voting Rights Act; welfare reform; as well as issues.
