As Service Desk Operations Manager, Darace is responsible to manage a primary 24X7 Enterprise Service Desk Operations and remote Disaster Recovery site. Darace's responsibilities vary from staffing the Service Desk, monitoring performance, special projects and marketing the Service Desk to management. The role oversees the Service Desk team in various locations and ensures that our customers are receiving the appropriate assistance. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization and resolution of customer requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Service Desk functions. As Manager, Service Desk Operations - Darace has experience in staff scheduling and optimization, monitoring and performance evaluation. Darace has built a foundation of procedures for delivering excellent customer care. As Manager, Service Desk Operations Darace is also required to promote the Service Desk to customers and management through innovative continuous improvement and cost saving measure where appropriate.

As Team Leader of Helpdesk (Network Operations Center) Darace provides overall supervision and day-to-day escalations for the Helpdesk teams. Darace is also responsible for staffing levels, work queues, staff and escalations issues. I also handle special technical requests and projects as required and provide regular updates to clients.As Team Leader maintain relationships with Technology Services teams to ensure best support practices. Darace also interfaces with external departments and act as representative for the Helpdesk.Darace is also responsible for the creation, maintenance and enforcement of ITIL, internal control and security policies within the Helpdesk areas.
