Responsible for oversight of vehicle refurbishment.Selected Achievements• Successfully reduced the overall time cars spent at our refurb centres.• Conducted a review of the overall process by which our cars were sold. I was successful in finding over £500,000 in wasted expenditure. This allowed me to create a presentation to our managing director of re-marketing. This presentation detailed the source of the costs, and potential solutions to ease the financial burden.

• Developed and executed marketing plan for the Calgary NW. Resulting in a loyal customer base. Increasing year over year profitability by 23%. Having the branch achieve revenue numbers, on a per car basis, higher than any other Enterprise location in the province of Alberta. • Recipient of the Marketing MVP award for Southern Alberta, during the months of January and February 2015. Signing new accounts to Enterprise. Finding corporate leads, and converting those leads into accounts.• Consistently ranked as a top manager, through the Employee Matrix ratings scheme. Ranked within the top 5 Managers Month to Month. Rankings based on Management impact on Revenue, Profit, Customer Service and Fleet Utilization.• Developed Customer Service plan. Succeeded in Achieving customer service scores higher than corporate standard, as measured by the Enterprise Service Quality Index (ESQI). Further achieving scores never previously attained at the branch. 94% of customers stating they were completely satisfied with the service they received, in the Calgary NW.

• Awarded Power Elite awards for the months of June, July and August 2014. The branch had the largest profitability margins in Alberta. Yielding over $700 in Profit per Car, on over 250 vehicles. • During the month of August increasing year over year profit by $183/Car, and $389.93/car for the month of June.• Implemented damage inspection plan. Reducing losses from missed damage by over $12,500. Results were between the months of May and June. While continuing to steadily reduce losses from missed damage.  Raised ESQI scores between 2-12%. Exceeding corporate standards for the first time in over two years. • Received Marketing MVP award for south Alberta. Building contacts and sending in leads to our business rental team. Leads that successfully resulted in many account signings.

First line in customer service. Addressing customers, renting vehicles, advising on vehicle needs, and handling customer concerns. Served as the first line in resolving customer issues. Underwent extensive training in management. Including training in Accounting, how to read and analyze income statements. Further training in human resources such as interviewing, and employee rights. How to motivate employees, how to analyze car rental and increase profitability. Further training in B2B sales, customer service and problem solving. Selected Achievements:- Completed MQI round of tests and interviews. Proving my capacity to manage. Being examined on all facets of the business, from Sales, to Customer Service, Accounting and Remarketing. - Short listed for promotion. Being promoted within 7 months as opposed to the mandatory 9 months. - Collected over $20,000 in bad debt through my own initiatives.
