Coaching and preparing JCT and SCT teams for there respective Leinster Junior and Senior Cup competitions in January of each year. During this period it would involve reviewing video tapes of matches on a weekly basis and giving feedback to players based on there weekend performances. Planing each weeks sessions to improve on areas of weakness and modify other areas of the game plan while incorporation gym, speed and recovery sessions into there schedule at school. A lot of time and forward planning was involved at this level due to school commitments.
