-Talent Consultant for Finance at CIGNA. - Responsibilities included: working with the business on identifying needs, devising recruitment strategies based on business need, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews with candidates across levels of the organization, extending and negotiating offers, identifying talent, and networking in the community.

-Reported directly to partners to advise on the delivery of coaching, career progression, performance management, compensation, connectivity, retention, diversity and communication strategy. -Project Manager for the Southeast Region HR Team on such initiatives as: action planning to address Pulse Survey results, kicking off and maintaining the Southeast Region Advisory Council and working with SE Region HR Director to analyze regional compensation for fairness and equity.-Member of the Great Place to Work leadership team. Responsibilities included: delegating tasks, driving the connectivity strategy, developing new ways to show appreciation and gaining support / bringing these ideas to fruition.-Responsible for strategic deployment of resources. Supervised team of 3, maintained relationships with key schools (USC, UCLA, UCSB), ensured support and engagement of LA and Orange County Partners, developed creative strategies for actively engaging Accounting and Finance majors with the Firm, screening and sourced candidates, led Internship and PwC Mentorship programs.
