I was responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for our clients, as well as developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies and best practices. I am also the Community Manager at MilCruit, a platform that connects military veterans with employers and career opportunities. I oversee the online community, social media marketing, vounteer and event coordination, engage with members, and provide support and guidance to veterans transitioning to civilian life.
