(2010).• Led numerous Green Belt and Kaizen teams to improve specific anode density to enable amperage increase and increased revenue of more than $2M.• Plant technical representative for successful completion of A$4.7M Eirich mixer/cooler replacement project.• Plant leader for $4.5M PLC upgrade to paste plant.
