Former Outside Sales/ Bus. Dev. Rep. (1996-2010) turned Entrepreneur (2012)… Combining multiple skill sets, sales experience and my passion for a variety of well-being modalities, I have built a business servicing client companies who engage in “wellness in the workplace” programs. Working closely with both Human Resource and Executive leadership teams I provide virtual wellness challenge programs designed to foster teamwork, improve individual health, increase productivity and boost employee morale. These programs are implemented via a unique web portal that offers automated wellness challenges for its users. I also partner with boutique hoteliers to service their on-property fitness and wellness programs. This includes providing a variety of wellness modalities for corporate meeting groups during their stay. In addition, I work closely with individual clients, (in-person and online) to help each one achieve optimal wellness through one-to-one fitness coaching.
