I champion the client journey from the successful selection of, and implementation of digital & Microsoft solutions for some of Australia’s most well respected companies. Solutions delivering significant efficiencies in business process and measurable improvements to revenue generation on platforms such as Sitecore, Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP); EPiServer & O365 based web portals - across Financial Services, Not for Profit, Construction, Health, Education sectors, amongst others. My role is pivotal in the successful implementation of projects - from coaching stakeholders on the merits of an Agile methodology, through delivery, to positioning long term improvements, post delivery.Projects ranging in complexity from multi-million dollar Enterprise implementations across multiple sites to technical enhancements for small teams on a time and materials basis.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalising implementation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the Intergen team and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Technology includes Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Sharepoint and others.

Overseeing management of all projects related to the new strategy to establish and grow the International division within Startrack.

Primary achievements:• Led strategic separation project for division of a global company to achieve business unit independence• Implemented a MS Dynamics AX 2012 based ERP and best in class shipping add-on. Managed project and software development lifecycle from vendor selection, proof of concept, planning, development, UAT, implementation, through to training 100+ end users, and go-live. • Implemented company-wide CRM tool - Salesforce.com, rolled out across more than ten sites. Managed all aspects of project including requirements identification, vendor management, managing virtual project team, UAT and roll out. Trained all users and provided on-going administrator support.• Led global project for company re-branding, which included conducting key stakeholder interviews and vendor selection. Established company marketing strategy, new logo, online image, promotional material including design and strap line and compliance via corporate visual identity manual• Applied Lean/Six Sigma principles to achieve waste elimination and process improvement across all business functions, including operations, finance, sales, marketing and customer service• Identified need for and established virtual team to deliver back office support for daily customer facing transactions. Included training of staff and strategic planning for future needs.

Responsible for:• IT elements of transition project in Maersk Line's strategic growth area, the Intra Asia trade• Delivery of best in class e-commerce web solution. Key tasks included vendor selection, project management and full integration of B2B EDI solutions• Creation of companywide intranet 'Orient' for collaboration, communication and best practise sharing• Initiating special focus on short sea shipping transactions and documenting and improving processes to impact customer satisfaction

Responsible for:• Managing a team of Trade Managers with responsibility for target setting, performance management and team mentoring• Achieving assigned import & export trade budget (volume of containers and revenue)• Management of asset deployment including securing additional tonnage for additional import and export demand• Initiation and delivery of profit improvement projects including structural review of account base and longer term revenue growth plans
