I serve as Managing Partner at Benchmark International where I manage the transaction team in our US HQ office in Tampa Florida. The Tampa transaction team is comprised of two teams of twelve Mergers & Acquisitions investment professionals charged with assisting business owners in the sale of their business. My team prepares the marketing materials, executes the marketing strategy, sources buyers, negotiates Letters of Intent (LOIs) and facilitates the due diligence process, ushering our client through closing of the transaction.My teams have completed successful transactions in industries as diverse as Manufacturing, Commercial Landscaping, Software as a Service (SaaS), Healthcare, Engineering, Multi-location Retail, Media, Enterprise Software..... My teams have closed more than 165 deals on behalf of Benchmark. Over the course of my investment career, I've held impact roles with companies across the investment landscape. I bring an interdisciplinary approach to deals and I'm a seasoned investor and a mentor to growing companies. I have been a frequent speaker at high schools, colleges, grad schools and law schools, a regular panelist and judge at venture events and B-Plan competitions and a mentor at several business incubators.
