With over 18 years of experience in the media industry, I have a strong background in operations management, finance and accounting management, project management, outsourcing management, and client relationship management.My mission is to provide complete and customized services across the globe, combining human and AI support, in the areas of closed captioning, subtitling, content moderation, trust and safety, and media measurement & analysis. I have successfully established and scaled up multiple verticals by developing winning strategies, while managing and motivating individual contributors and teams. I have also contributed to the industry knowledge by publishing articles on the trends and opportunities in the media services sector. I am passionate about leveraging technology and human intelligence to create value for our clients and stakeholders.
