Le label Clé Verte premier label du tourisme durable qui respecte la nature et les personnes attribué par exemple aux Center Parcs Villages Natures tendent vers un respect de la nature, des matériaux recyclables et durables. De même le label Charte Qualité Spa attribué aux Center Parcs Villages Natures permet de s'orienter vers des spas plus écologiques et plus respectueux de l'environnement en utilisant des matières bio dégradables ou des WC sèches par exemple. On se tourne vers des formats de l'hôtellerie de plein air qui ont évolués:tout est fait pour que le client se sente chez lui, pour qu'il se sente à l'aise et que chaque structure soit comme un petit village,pour inciter le client à toujours consommer davantage, tout en gardant en mémoire ces différentes problèmatiques (drive, service de conciergerie de luxe cf: AMEX/ CWT)
