I'm committed to building a just economy that centers community and have extensive experience raising impact capital for mission-driven organizations, building cross-sector relationships with impact investors and funders, and driving initiatives to grow the community capital ecosystem. A life-long learner, I also have extensive experience in the technology for good ecosystem and have worked both at the community level and globally.Frequently operating at the intersection of the nonprofit, philanthropic, public and private sectors, I most recently completed TechSoup's successful $11.5M Direct Public Offering which included debt financing via the SEC's Regulation A+ exemption. I am the co-founder of the Impact Capital Roundtable, an organization which advocates for a vibrant and inclusive economy in Oregon and beyond by fostering a learning community focused on moving money towards impact. I was previously vice president of Alliances & Community Engagement at TechSoup, a social enterprise that has matched changemakers with $21B in tech donations and services in 200+ countries and territories. As a key contributor to financial and geographic growth, I worked with corporate social responsibility, foundation and nonprofit partners to build alliances for impact.I oversaw strategic opportunities on behalf of TechSoup, its global network, and its local institutions in Poland and the U.K. I led a department that encompassed marcom, editorial, fundraising and legal functions. Prior to TechSoup, I have held senior management positions in both the technology and public sectors collaborating with tech companies, the Consular Corps and U.S. Department of State. My roles have focused mainly on alliance and business development, program management and marketing. I recently completed a Just Economy Institute Fellowship and hold an MBA, a masters in public and international affairs, and an impact investing certificate.I've studied and worked abroad and am passionate about empowering youth to become global citizens. My volunteer service includes venture philanthropy programs for underserved communities, access to housing, early learning programs, youth mentoring, and women in international development.
