Domestic Shipping Lead- I am in control of the picking and shipping for the freight going to hospitals and other medical distribution centers in the United States. My team is made up of a total of 12 people. I have a vask skill set for obtaining knowledge. Below are some of the specific job duties I handle on a daily basis. - HazMat certified (Flammable Gas). This means I am trained on how to handle and ship flammable gases inside the US- Superuser in SAP - I have extensive SAP training that allows me to have access to more T-codes and function within SAP. - I am also being trained on new processes and product line such as Vidacare and VPS. These product lines require special shipment procedures than the regular shipments so they require addition training and paper work for each shipment.

I successfully manage a team of 40 associates that consistently ship 99% same day service as well as obtaining a 95% accuracy level.
