My name is Darby McQuiston. I am a kindergarten through eighth grade teacher who hopes to benefit public education with my knowledge of educational technology and innovative instructional methods. I have logged copious amounts of field hours observing and analyzing instruction and classroom management. I have taught for hundreds of hours, perfecting my abilities and methods through the Teacher Preparation Program at Baker College. Thanks to my English Language Arts major and certification in Elementary Education, I am well equipped to work with English Language Learners and students who struggle with reading comprehension in all content areas. I am an educator dedicated to helping all students become independent, successful learners.
