Cash handling, prep take out and delivery orders, take phone orders, input orders from tablets (Ubereats, Doordash, etc), stock inventory (to go bags, parmesan cheese, beverages, desserts), clean and restock restrooms, take out trash.

I maintain the safety of all face and non-face characters that interact with guests. I also help with crowd control for shows and vehicles that have to move throughout the day. I also help guests with directions as well as provide photo opportunities for them. I love my job!

Answer phones, do transactions for credit cards, purchase orders, money orders & checks into computer system, book group & individual reservations for CA Science Center, Big Labs program & IMAX movies, send out friendly reminder postcards for deposit due dates, send out confirmation packets for group reservations, prep/drop checks for deposit, work reception desk at Wallis Annenberg Building for special events, give information regarding CA Science Center & all related activites, do setup & breakdown prep for special events, monitor galleries during special events

Provide excellent customer service to our various clients, enter sample results into computer (data entry), mail prep, file projects into file cabinets (archive files), sell & market company services and products, answer phones, log-in samples, drop off supplies and pick up samples from clients, filter and prepare samples for analysis
