This position is both customer service and production. I walk the customer through the creative and editing phase, proof them out, and produce quality digital prints deliverable in person or shipped to their office.Cedar House Media is a locally owned but large production print shop located in Beaverton, OR. Working there I have gained fluency in Adobe CC, mainly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Common projects include real estate marketing, mass direct mailing, business cards, and large-format projects such as vinyl stickers, A-frames, Sintra and Dibond signs, posters, and magnets.I'm practiced in commonly used bindery operations, such as coil bound books, perfect bound books, saddle stitch catalogs, and NCR forms.I have connections with many vendors around Portland, i.e. North American Display, Pacific Coast Sign Supply, and EMCO Mailing Services. Some other resources I've commonly used are 4Over, Aladdin Print, and Zoo Printing.I'm familiarized with paper substrates and coatings, and can easily help customers find the ideal material for their product.
